I shipped international priority small flat rate one month ago, and it says the package is still in transit.(literally 3o days ago) I called usps, and they said international priority takes between 2-10 days, and that they cannot speculate on why it is taking so long...I am just wondering why it is taking this long, and is it possible the package got lost...

most of my packages sent international priority never show it being delivered so have you tried contacting the recipient and asking if its been delivered yet

Well the guy said that he still did not get it, and the tracking shows it is still in transit, but its been a month, and priority takes between 2-10 days supposedly.

What country?

Eastern European countries have given us troubles.

A package to Russia took a mere 15 weeks. (Luckily non ebay)

Been my experenience that parcels can and do go missing for some of the below reasons:

Holiday period (Christmas & Chinese New Year)
Destination of choice---> this the comes down to several factors. Infrastructure of some counties. eg between Customs in France & their postal service I lost nearly US$2000.
Inability of some countries to track items internally.

Who suffers? The seller :rip:

I've shipped it to brazil, I am not sure if the seller is lieing, or they actually lost the shipment...

Oh man, and I have a shipment due to Brazil. But I never get problems with Brazil. For some reason I get tons of problems from Australia.

Maybe its waiting in customs for some reason? Has the customer also checked at local post office?
