Im trying to buy on paypal and I get this item. Im trying to buy something for $700.00 usd. I tried already adding 2 more prepaid cards with funds from greendot.

For some reason paypal is not accepting greendot cards to pay sometimes even as a buyer. Some people may have this kind of problem. I added more funds instead the paypal account and the purchase went through. I guess they don't even want people paying with prepaid cards which is dumb! I have been 4-5 hours trying to figure out how to pay! Paypal I hope you burn in buyer heaven!

It was a paypal account that has a negative balance, but I just made it positive. I think it had a restriction and never got taken off. I am unable to make payments over $150.00, but I can make anything less than that. :(

does this paypal account in question have a sending limit, ie has never been fully verified?

Its verified. It has a bank account and debit card attached. It would not let me made a purchase more than $150.00 each time. I ended up using bit by bit till its gone.

Hmm prob you have some auto kind of low limit on your sending processes - cant do much unless you call =(

I'll just stick with it anyways. If I call might get eyes on it. Thanks guys!
