Gettin limited left n right from paypal

Ive been gettin hit by paypal like crazy this past week 4+ account limited(no connection whatsoever). Its insane they are askin for almost every piece of detail from me. There all stealth accounts so its not a biggie but has anyone seen a diffrent attitude from paypal lately?
Am starting to thing my reign of terror on ebay is gona end soon lulz as ive been working of stleath accounts alone.

There are many that say as they come out with something new stealthers will counter. However if that was true then why did account sales for eb combo go from $50 t0 $110 in a matter of months?
