Authorizing a credit card

I want to open a store, but in order to do so, a credit card has to be on file. I tried 3 credit cards, all of which are completely legit, and they all failed to authorize. This is my original account with my real information and everything so nothing shady.

It COULD be a glitch. I've had credit cards fail on the first try and the next day they work fine.

Since this is your real account with real info and nothing to hide, you could always try to call eBay or PayPal as well.
