Stealth Paypal questions
 

. I have the PayPal stealth guide (not the Ebay one) but still need some advice if possible.

So just so I make sure I have this correct, a bank account verifies PayPal in general and the credit card verifies an address in PayPal, is this correct ? So a bank account should be real name but one that allows payments in any name, and a VCC should be in a stealth name and address ?

If I haven't got a bank account or card, can I kill 2 birds with one stone by using a Pre-Paid VISA card that has a unique account code and sort code for paying money to ? Or do pre-paids need legit details even though there is no credit ? Or are pre-paids not used due to the fact a card has to be shipped to a real address ?

There is no such thing as a Paypal guide its 1 package. Stop trying to get the information for free and buy the Guide.

You are both very confused and to be honest dont have a clue what you are doing. Buy the guide read it then read again and again until you know every step off by heart.

Its easy when you do it that way and it guides you through every step.

You are right that I am confused, but I do indeed have a PayPal stealth guide though that I presumed was just the PayPal side of things, as I don't use Ebay. So I assumed buying the PayPal stealth guide was more suitable for me, it had the exact same checkout as the Ebay guide, so I presumed they were from the same people.

I also don't understand what you mean about me wanting information for free, I thought this was an open forum to discuss things, I didn't know it was just for people who had bought the Ebay guide. I honestly didn't know I couldn't ask stealth questions without having read the Ebay guide. If this is the case, then I apologise.

The guide I bought was at a web address with PayPal and Stealth in it, I am sure the rest can be worked out without me needing to type it. If this isn't from the same people as here then obviously I apologise once again, but I assumed it was just the PayPal side of things of the same guide, so as I didn't need Ebay I just went for that.

Is the Ebay Stealth Guide sold via here for UK users ? I found the PayPal one I bought too much geared for the US in places with things we can't get over here. Also I am presuming even though the page design and checkout looks the same it is not written by the same people as the Ebay one like I thought ?

So apologies for getting off to a bad start but yes, I am very confused. I am not trying to get info for free or lying, you guys have obviously been around here for a long time, my account only got suspended the other day after over a decade of use, this has all come very fast and does make my head spin. I only found this forum yesterday so don't know who is who yet. If I bought the wrong guide then that was a mistake, I just went by the logic as mentioned above.

Alternatively, if the OP has motivation, he/she can read a LOT of posts in this forum and gain an understanding of what's going on - the guide is nice and straightforward but you can piecemeal info from the forum threads.

Guide covers both ebay & paypal. Not different books.

Thanks guys. I bought the Aspkin Ebay one a moment ago (thanks for the VIP) and it is different from the PayPal one, not written by the same people and with different content. So it seems there are 2 books out there, but just by different people with a similar book name and website layout, hence my mistake in thinking they both belonged to this forum.

Just been reading the Ebay one and it is great, I love the layout and design and of course the content, a lot of time has gone in to it, and thank God it caters for us UK'ers too.

I wonder if anyone can advise me on what would happen if I tried to get my account back by emailing the AUP people ? My limited account at the moment is a legit one, had since 2000, premier. Would I have anything to lose or risk by trying to get it back ? I got a permanent limit put on my account with no appeal. I have a lot of subscriptions and such like on it, so it is an annoying loss, was totally verified and legit info. I was in the wrong, and had broken their AUP, but I have no problem not doing so again in the future. I didn't sell much via Ebay, it was either other auction sites or invoice or private pages.

What would you guys do in my position ? Just put it down to experience and go stealth ? Or try your hardest to beg and plead for it back before moving on ? :) If they notice more items that breached the AUP than just the item they suspended me for in an account review, am I any worse of ? Or did they (likely) already review my account fully before the suspension ?

Also what will happen to my personal account now given that it has the same info as my Premier one ? It seems to still be open, touch wood, is that on the queued kill list ? Or can I at least take up to £1600 on it given that it is verified and not been used in years ? I have no idea what you can do with personal accounts these days.

Finally, I have a new bank account, if I buy a pre-paid Visa card does that need to have the new stealth address or my real one ? I have a choice of 3v, other VCC, Gift, or other pre-paid. What is your choice and why ?

Oh and double finally (I will leave in a moment, promise), as mentioned earlier I found a pre-paid Visa card that has a unique account number and sort code that you pay in to (rather than same number and description that most seem to use). Could this potentially work with PayPal for both bank account and card verification ? Might be useful for those paranoid about too many bank accounts. I don't see why all stealth info (with friends address or place to pick up card) couldn't be used given it is not really a bank.

I have no idea what you mean by 'AUP people' but a permanent suspension is just that. Any LINKED EB/PP A/C will suffer the same fate sooner or later. There are no specifics to the VCC - they all work to achieve the same end purpose, you simply have a choice at your disposal.

Why not try that prepaid visa card & report back on your findings to us ???:rolleyes:

You have about a 1001 questions.I would suggest a more helpful approach would be to read the stealth guide you have, have a breeze through the various forum sections & once the base concepts/ideas begin to make sense, then begin asking questions you still remain baffled by - the current question set is covered by the stealth guide/general forums.
