hi there
i have noticed if i turn off my router and turn it back on again it has a totally different ip address,is this enough to set up a new ebay and paypal account.
i will also set up a new user account on my pc and deleat all the cookies and flash cookies as well.

forgot to say my My Internal IP Address (LAN or Router IP Address) stays the same but is it just the ip address they can track you by and LAN OR Router ip address does not make a difference.

no you cannot if you have a static ip then the router just assigns different ips to differentiate the various computers attached to it.

If you do have a mobile stick or a dial up then do not start creating accounts as your ip will remain the same.

its brodand i have and a router, and i only have one laptop connected to it by wireless connectition.

Your LAN IP has nothing to do with eBay. It's only the external IP that matters.

If you Crete new windows user acct, then you do not have to delete cookies. Only if you use same user acct. For as many stealth accts you have, that's how many user accts you need. That keeps cookies and all separate.

Just like GrannyT said Yes if and only if the ip address is different and you know it is different.
