Little change in response time.:noidea:

Some get quick results some do not.

geoxshock 03-12-2012 07:49 AM

yes sorry, my mistake

Callidus 03-15-2012 12:48 PM

Ok well ive been waiting 5 days now aswell on 2 different accounts.

Also another thing, when you upload documents is anyone seeing that the orange arrows which means 'IN PROGRESS' aren't actually changing they are staying on the blue arrow which means 'TO DO'.

They are obvious snowed under!

GTB 03-15-2012 12:50 PM

chillll rudeboy

they will get round to them

sometimes 2 days sometimes 2 weeks

Callidus 03-15-2012 12:52 PM

sometimes the way eh!

GTB 03-15-2012 12:55 PM

yeahman

it will happen

like u said there probably snowed under

MeToYou 03-15-2012 10:40 PM

Someone mentioned (on the linked thread) to fax, but won't they see the number it comes from (no problem if not a non-linked number of course) ?

davisyip 03-15-2012 10:44 PM

mine already been 12days, be patient =D

they_screwed_me_too 03-19-2012 10:00 AM

davisyip

any news on your docs yet ?

they_screwed_me_too 03-19-2012 10:10 AM

just an update, got a bit bored of waiting so i rang PP they said there is a large backlog of documents so its taking longer than usual to review

the guy said that because id called they would pull it from the queue and get a "specialist" to review and would be done within 24 hours

........and we wait

Ebayorbust 03-19-2012 10:48 AM

May not have been a good idea calling. Your docs may get more scrutiny that you probably want.

On a brighter note, a Paypal "specialist" in reality is a Paypal "special needs".

Thankful 03-19-2012 11:04 AM

Patience is a virtue really!

I make accounts and send docs and then move on the next account send docs and so on.... let it ride out the time.

I really believe calling them and emailing will make them suspicious of you.

:shhh:

they_screwed_me_too 03-19-2012 11:11 AM

yes you are both probably correct, but on the flip side of that i like to think a normal person who has just discovered ebay would do....................

and thats how i come accross on the phone

they_screwed_me_too 03-19-2012 01:09 PM

GTB 03-19-2012 01:14 PM

no problem henry

geoxshock 03-20-2012 04:24 AM

i called them, got it lifted within 15 minutes....

strangely, i then created ebay account, linked it to paypal (which works for me, i know for others it doesnt) and i have not got any limits on ebay account for selling, weird! have not had the no selling limits thing for ages.

GreenBean 03-20-2012 04:32 AM

Should have been the practice since starting.

create paypal
verifiy & confirm paypal.
play.
make ebay.
attach paypal.
play.
:juggle:

geoxshock 03-20-2012 06:08 AM

this is what i have always done, bar my very 1st creation, when i was too eager to get up and running again, and paid penalty for trying this other method,

however, this is the 1st time my ebay acct has been limit free straight from the off - no selling restrictions whatsoever.

however i know to play it safe and let it mature S---L---O---W---L---Y

they_screwed_me_too 03-20-2012 07:22 AM

Waheeeeeyyyy :-)

Dear **********

For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts
for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to
close it because of security issues.

We are making every effort to minimise any disruption to your business.

If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer
complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited.

There's a lesson to be learned here.

Push too hard and they push back.

Normal folks don't know how long it takes p/p to review docs so they are patient and wait in line.
