I am creating a Hong Kong account and I am physically in HK with all stealth detail registered on p aypal/e bay.

My only concern is which card I should use to verify my e bay and p aypal if I don't have a bank account. Some of my local banks offer visa gift card however they are not reloadable and can't be used on internet shopping, am I still able to use them on e bay/p pal as long as they have visa logos on it?

Except the gift card, normal vcc for all country will be good on verify in hong kong? or I need a vcc with avs attached?

They can tell it is a VCC by the first 6 digits of the number. Could be another door being closed - after all there is plenty around the net on how VCCs circumspect Ebay.

No real idea though as I only use physical cards

Always preferable to use a vcc with avs compatibility. Some vccs have been blacklisted by digits.
