Do you think EP recycle credit card numbers after a while (on closed accounts) ? Perhaps PP picks up on older cards that were used with suspended accounts ? Obviously with different expiry and security CVV numbers though.

I seriously doubt it - enquiries into cards linked to fraudulent activities could pose a serious redundancy issue
