Why would anyone overpay for these $250 went for $350...Im confused need someone to enlighten me..is this for people not in the usa?

anything over a certain amount and they want info (name address, etc)
Or even countries that do not have paypal, purchased one from someone and needs it funded to do whatever.

This leaves the buyer totally anonymous (especially if they use a stealth address)

So, to most buyers, its worth it to pay the fees

I bought one for 500 and wasn't required anything to use??

When u have a paypal that u cant w/d money from cause u ran out of banks or what not then u would be willing to pay extra dollors to buy a money pack pay useing paypal then use the money pack to reload your greendot funded card.

or another example if u was a hacker and u hacked into peoples paypals then buy the money packs at what ever cost then pay useing stolen funds get the money pack via email and reload your card. untrable stolen money cause the money packs is treated same as cash.

At my local CVS they do it for MPs over 250 while I can go to my local pathmark and its 350. Govnmint wanna know what you doing with yo cash

I recently tried to add money pak to paypal and said it now requires social security because of anti-terrorist laws... It was a low amount under $50
