i use an app for my phone and tether it to my desktop so i dont have to do all the ip router bull****. i make the account where ever that ip is at when i go to make it.when i switch accounts i disconnect it from the pc, put on airplane mode for 2 or 3 sec, turn airplane mode off and i have a new ip address,plug it back to the pc, like using dial up but 4g speeds

is it not within 100 miles radius of your ip ? always made them in my city but if this is correct could vary things a bit
