Thanks for all the answers guys and sorry for not replying earlier. I was busy with some other stuff and had to leave my eBay/PP problems for a while.
Anyway, I have dual nationality and have an address, bank account, credit card etc in two countries. Therefore I thought it would be just easier and faster to use my legit details from the other country. This would save me some hassle if eBay asked for any documents as I have them.
With that said, I forgot to mention that the new account would not be under my name, but it would not be 100% the same. The reason is that my both first and last name have some national characters which are not present in English language. So technically the name would be very similar, but not identical.
I also forgot to mention that I do not plan on running a business on my new account but rather sell something from time to time. The reason for my original account being locked was that I sold quite few 'virtual goods' (game keys) and they did not liked it. I'm not going to try that again and I can't be using my friends' account all the time to sell some stuff I've got at home. Quote:

I need to think about it and do some research I guess.
