eBay tracking question
 

Can eBay link you to your suspend account if you login with your IPad on the browser with private browsing or regular browsing? I have used this IPad with the suspended account before it got suspended. I pushed clear history and cookies? Let me know as I am going away on a trip And would like to use eBay to check and answer emails..

I'm still abit paranoid about using my iPhone..
When you tap agree after you download the eBay app you are told that Ebay will use your phones unique Id Number for security purposes or whatever.
I'm not to sure what that means.

I have an ipad and do not like to use it but if I get the time I would like to use it when I am on the go.

Guess I need to learn how to make different user IDs on the Ipad.

I think someone here posted how to do that.

The e/b app can track your phone as it is uniquely identified on their system. It even gives them the name you call your phone in iTunes

Using the normal browser does not, only your IP will be recorded.

I've posted this on several threads in the last couple of weeks

BTW the same is true for the iPad

AVOID E/B & P/P APPS AT ALL COSTS
