Yeah. Its pretty simple. The government want to know what your doing, and what Pay Pal is doing.

There are other alternatives to fund your Pay Pal account.

If they don't share the ssn with pp then I don't understand it, so means I can't fund 4-5# different stelth accounts this was I'm guessing...

Why would Greendot want the SSN for just loading moneypaks to Paypal?? They don't ask for an SSN when you add a moneypak to a walmart prepaid visa...

greendot moneypacks no ssn but if u use with Pp then Pp wants ssn before u can load money packs to Pp.

it is paypal that needs your social. My main paypal i had to put my real social in just to load with a money pack and now i did so i can load all the money packs i want to that paypal.
