Using Old Paypal with different ebay?

OK, I have my wifes paypal account, SSN attached and everything being legit. Problem is the ebay account associated with that paypal got closed with no hope of reopening.

I have another ebay account with plenty of feedback at 100% approval rating. The Paypal with that account is no SSN verified as its in my name and I had a PP account banned a long time ago. This account is registered at my sisters address, not ours.

My question is, is it safe to invoice buyers directly through my wifes paypal for sales on my ebay if selling related merchandise? I know I cant link them directly.

Also, has anyone verified whether we can use EIN as a replacement for SSN on paypal yet?

Any time frame for paypal asking for SSN/EIN etc

I tried searching for the answer to this question but i couldnt find a definitive answer.

My ebay account got suspended last fall. Paypal is still good tho, has a verified SSN under my wifes name and her last name on the account is still her maiden name.

I set up a new ebay account under my name a year or 2 ago. I built up this account over time to have a pretty good amount of feedback at 100% rating and mostly selling feedback. I use money bookers on this account but I have a monthly withdrawl limit on the moneybookers account as it was recently opened. I havent really sold anything since my legit account under my wifes name got suspended tho.

I want to start to get back to selling at about the same volume i once did by sellng the same items i did before. My question is can I send customers paypal invoices from my wifes SSN verified paypal account for ebay purchases made under this new ebay account under my name? I wouldnt use it for all sales but I would like to know if I could use it at all without it somehow being linked.

I didnt know if they could somehow track it by paypal email addresses. Like seeing Person A just paid for something through paypal with this email address and according to ebay this email address associated with this ebay account won an item on ebay for the same amount that was paid to this paypal account from another ebay seller account etc...

FYI, the items that I would use the Paypal account for fall in the 120-180$ range.
