Missed phone call from PP - account not limited
 

I missed a phone call on the number I use for my stealth account form paypal (twice!). The account is still good - I'm just wondering, does PP do this just to verify the phone number is working?

Yes you should be worried. You simply just got lucky so far. Paypal will limit 90% of the accounts with invalid phone numbers if they tries to call you, especially newer accounts.

paypal doesn't limit accounts for not answering the phone. If the line is disconnected, you'd be asking how to lift the limitation

It is active - the call went straight to voicemail since it wasn't on.

Well I called PayPal and it was a false alarm - they just called to see if I made the recent transactions on my account. Apparently even though I missed the call someone wrote that they did in fact reach and everything was ok (a blatant lie from whoever called me, but I did not say that).

Yea I've had that happen, I don't worry if they limit me, its alot easier just making more accounts then trying to lift a limit that might not even get lifted
