Paying via PayPal when suspended, as a guest ?

Can I use a credit/debit card that is linked to a suspended account but pay using the guest option ? I am trying to buy some software and they only accept PayPal as a payment option, my stealth account is not up and running yet.

Just wondered if there would be any problems with me using the same debit card (from suspended account, not stealth) to pay as a Guest ? Last time I tried it said it knows I already have an account and asks me to log in, so I just ignore that, yes ?

Works for me all the time. Just create a separate windows user account. Make the transaction checking out as guest. When asked to sign in then obviously "no". But yes it will let you process through the merchant end of paypal. As long as card has funds of course. Then delete new user account.

wont work if the card number is on file with pay pal

Do NOT do this - use a fresh card for guest checkout.
