How to enable Mass Pay on your account

Well, I had to go through a few customer support repersentatives until I stumbled into someone who knew what his talking about.

PayPal will enable Mass Pay on accounts with high business activity - this means receiving over $3,000 in 1 month over a period of time (it has to e at least 3 month).

Once you have passed this you have to call PayPal and ask them to enable MassPay on your account.
