When a buyer opens a case just to return an item does that make me more likely to get suspended?

The case was not escalated to ebay or anything. All that happened was he wanted a refund, I said sure, he opened case, I gave him refund, case closed with a few minuets but still with that being said..any flags go off? Any big flags?

You will need to ensure there is not a pattern of frequent refunds.

Of course refunds happen.But a seller has to try to control them.

Double check the quality of your goods.

He opened a case after you agreed to a refund? I'm actually surprised this has never happened to me before.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about being flagged for this. Like GreenBean said, it has been noted is all.

I guess he wanted to make it offical with a case. Get it on record idk.

Yes some buyers will do that but you can ask them not to when you agree to refunding them.
