I sold two computers on amazon the guy wanted to return it for a refund so I allowed it but he shipped me back rocks. My account is negative a few thousand now because amazon credited the guy but amazon had already released the money into my account. So my question is can I forget the account and keep the money or will amazon take it out of my bank?

What a W anker if it was that much i would be on a flight or in a car on my way to

his/her house to get the computer back and kick his ar se :rip:. I hate it when people get

stung like that there is some serious scum out there.

It all depends on the address you used on your stealth. They will try to recover the

money and i guess the first place they will start is the address you provided on your

account.

problem is it is hard to prove about the rocks......maybe you can look at the weight difference.

In your spot OP, I would close the bank account right and quick first of all. Is the account in your real details? This sucks to hear.

Going to be VERY difficult to prove to AZ...and even for legal purposes, since you opened the box with no other witnesses, I would not even bother with local police report.

The amazon account is stealth but my bank account is mine with a stealth name on amazon.

So the account is stealth - ok then it's up to you to decide what to do. Close the bank account first to avoid dipping.

I would close the bank asap. If you dont want to close it cuz of bills and stuff, then I guess I don't have much to say. Amazon will try to take the money from the credit card or/and maybe the bank account attached to that account. Its up to you to do what ever you want.

Only way to find out if there is a better way to not close the account cuz of bills and stuff is to call your bank directly instead of posting on here. But good luck.

Close the bank account is the PROPER first move.
