Paypal account limited after 3 days
 

I have one paypal account form 6 months, i have tried to withdraw on my VCC but i have received this error "We need information about your latest withdraw" please send an utility bill to prove your address.
I loaded all the required documents, but i still waiting from 3 days on this status "ongoing" for your experience this is normal ? how many days it takes to respond ? you can give me some advice?

You sent all the required documents? Only 3 options - 1) you wait 2) you call up PP and tell them to remove the problem 3) you e-mail. If you want fast action, you do number 2).
