Llc, dba, ein?
Hey everyone, I formed an LLC for my company and obtained an EIN for it. Recently been suspended with all of that companies information and EIN in the system so, my question is:
Can I form a DBA name for my company and obtain a separate EIN for it? Thanks! |
Might be best to search up forum discussions by KingRay and jeffweico about the DBA, LLC, and EIN stuff. Or wait for other folx to chime in. |

DBA if for corporations, if I'm not mistaken. Yours is LLC. |

Thanks everyone, anyways, i meant to say, can I open a DBA name for a separate company and obtain a new EIN for it. Anyways, thanks for all the help and appreciate anything else. |

| I don't think you can have a different EIN for each DBA but maybe you can set up subsidiary or child company or something like that (just an idea). |

Hey, thanks hugh jass hahaha, anyways, my question is that if I had my EIN obtained with a company formed as an LLC, can I set up another company and then register it as a DBA and then obtain another EIN for it? Thanks!!!1 Sorry if I am terrible at explaining and thanks for everyone's help! |

| If you form ANOTHER company, IRS surely allow you to get an EIN. |
