Leaving feedback..

Hi all,

Usually send my itmes recorded delivery however if I dont send them recorded delivery and the customer leaves me positive feedback does it AUTOMATICALLY release funds which is what usually happens?

Thanks

Yes usually if there are 21 day holds and you send the item on time and the customer leaves positive feedback those funds are released.

Many thanks just needed that confirmed

Getting feedback doesn't release funds anymore atleast for me it gets released 2-3 days after tracking says delivered

Sent from HTC HD2 using tapatalk 2 beta

Not automatically anymore, no. Thats why it can sometimes take longer then the 3 days after delivery to release payments.

Very true..

It's actually annoying the way they keep changing it up - i wish for once they could implent something nice for sellers? who am i kidding....

On my 4 mths' old a/c, i used to have funds release once buyer left feedback. Now, must be delivered before it will be released earlier. If USPS doesn't update (which I find it quite often on my packages now, stops at "Out for delivery"), I have to wait 21 days.

The fact is that they claim they release fees for a few of things mentioned here but it's no guarantee.

On one of my newer accounts from a year ago I had every single payment held for 21 days during a 3 month period. Nothing made the release come any faster for me.

Just to update people but I have had feedback from my sellers from the past couple of days funds are being released on receipt of feedback.. not sure if it has anything to do with the category

GTB 04-07-2012 04:11 PM

me too bro

would not worry about it too much

best thing you can do is rely on the positive feedbacks to get them released

that way you will be a better seller and be able to sell the goods cheaper or lower p&p

GreenBean 04-08-2012 04:02 AM

Aye. :thumb:

But dont forget they do re-apply the holds always unexpectedly

Have a sudden jump in sales and they'll be back in the blink of an eye.

Slow and steady increase in sales is the way to avoid them.

Once you've actually managed to get rid of the damned things in the first place that is.
