PayPal Limited Says need more information about sells

i have no bad feedback 100 percent and never had disputes but paypal limited. account is 9 months old never linked stealth. paypal is asking for 4 things.

photo id
provide invoices
supplier contact
provide proof of delivery(all orders already provide tracking)

what can i do this was my best and strongest account.

i think i withdrew too much. i always withdraw around 600 but today made me think it a be fishy but i did it anyway withdrew 600 and bam got hit with limitation.

do you think i could call and they would let me slide since i been great. :(

Very doubtful. They will want a photo-id at minimum and probably everything.

If you are selling used items, you MIGHT be able to just tell them that you don't have a supplier, per-se, that you pick them up here and there.

If you are selling new merchandise, they want to know your items are being obtained legitimately and are not counterfeit. Especially if you sell high-risk items.

I don't know what proof of delivery you could provide beyond the tracking numbers.

600 a day? That is a big no no.

Any idea why they ask people this ? Is it when they get a complaint or just random ? Also is it only if you sell via Ebay ?

It could be either, they will never tell you why and no it does not only apply to e/b, they can request the same for other sales.

p/p is all about managing risk and if in their eyes you have or are likely to become one then you will get limited until you give them what they want to know.

No one is ever safe from p/p.

Withdrawing in the weekends, might trigger a manual review. Higher chance than during weekdays.

I think the 600 did it.

Anything over 500.00 will get looked at.

Go with smaller withdraws and more often.

i think it may have been because of the weekend issue. also i use to always withdraw high amounts. 500 in up. but on monday i decided to withdraw 150.00 and when friday came i went back to large amount withdraws since i receive large payments it could take forever withdrawing 50.00 a day.

Sandy is right on the withdrawing part.

But yea if you are withdrawing large amounts consistently then they want to make sure the items you are selling are legit.

Then can also limit if you just withdraw one large sum at one time which raises a flag.

When I have a strong ebay account with paypal attached then I withdraw less then $250 always.

But if I have a large sum in the account then I buy something from ebay like a iphone or something that sells easily and for the price i buy it at. I sell the item on kijiji and get my money in cash.

It is pain but I get money so no problems.

I have regular 4 figure withdrawals and never have a problem. I think a lot of it based more on what you actually sell as opposed to the amounts you withdraw.

As far as sales and withdrawals, you should aim for consistency.

It is OK to increase both, but it should be done slowly.

For example, if your weekly sales have been averaging $300, you should aim for $330 or maybe $340 maximum. Suddenly having $1,000 in sales could be a red flag.

Same thing when it comes to withdrawals. On each of my accounts, I withdraw money once a week, always on the same day, and I always try to have less than a 10% difference in the amount withdrawn - if it was $300 for that account, I would keep it between $270 and $330.
