They Still Owe Us the american tax payers 11 billion dollars. I have three accounts that will be closed monday. Plus I hear they dont like the names not matching

They don't take names not matching?

Can't blame them when they owe 11 billion dollars ha!!

There has been talk on here about them not liking it. But a couple members love ally bank.

I am ok with them. Still good and free for verification. But re-thinking withdraw methods.

I never had problem with them. I believe if you open checking accounts and you do not link a outside checking account from another bank then you might have issues.

I called them couple of hours ago... I was tired of hearing hearsay... Picked her brain as much as possible.

Best solution is adding additional account holder. Thus names match. Other folx posted this works just fine. When I called they wanted the works. Not even worth it.

They want SS# of secondary account holder.

Next I will call again and ask another agent and try to avoid the SS#. Might say they do not have one or are contracted.

If that doesnt work I will send in what they request excluding the items I cant provide and hoping the person doing it is lazy.

Funny how a low end bank like Ally wants you to believe they want to do things right but then does not run their internal business up to par.

NJM, just keep calling. Eventually you will get the correct person to get it to work for you just the the DMV with each person is a different answer.

Ally bank is a chop-shop... There are just sooo many better options at our disposal..
