Default 1st withdrawl on pay pal account w/dead phone attached

Im about to withdraw on a 1 yr old pay pal account, that has about $500 in it since may 25th. Im going to withdraw 300.00 of it, but this is one of my few accounts that doesnt have a number attached. Good idea or bad with a dead number attached?

500 in it since May 2011? Verified though with bank account - should be ok - not a huge risk...how much money has come in recently? If none, I would go ahead - number or not. But why not put an active unused number on it?

yeah, they might call and limit you. Get a active phone, no activity then a withdrawal of funds usually triggers things your not going to like.

I would not touch it until I get a working phone.

If they call and you do not answer then you just tossed 500 bucks away for the cost of a 9.99 phone.

If no sales since March 2012 - and products ALL delivered with positive feedback or whatever - prob ok to withdraw half as a test.

Why would you let money sit in paypal like that? You love giving them free interest, don't you?

Never trust paypal. You should be withdrawing ASAP.

...I rarely have phone numbers on my paypals. $500 will not get you limited, but 1500+ will. They called me on one paypal account when I made $xxxx in 36 hours and I then withdraw $1700. Luckily I had an active call forwarding number on there!

You use phone forwarding service that lets you delete and change numbers? Good to have one or two numbers for this reason. Activate number, add to pp, withdraw... all goes ok then either keep number or get new one without extra charge.

I dont have working phone on most of my paypals, only on my good ebay/paypal accounts do I have a working phone number. But I usually never withdraw more then 300-500 in a given day.

Don't withdraw more than $150.00 usd for that type of account. My recommendation.
