2 IP addresses on one phone line
 

hi all

as some of you may know my mrs jacked her job in last week (silly lady)

she sells a bit on ebay

however suprise suprise she now wants to sell some more

she has her own real accounts and own fresh PC

wants to work with me from my workplace

we would both need to be on seperate ebay accounts (many of mine stealth)

dont want the obvious to happen

is there a way to safely have different IP addresses while we are both connected

phone line going into seperate routers then out to different pcs maybe ?

im not a tech geek

any advice wold be appreciated

You need another line and internet account putting in - no big deal - takes a few days but at least you will each have your own bills and IP addresses

If you are focused on business - DEFINITELY get a second dynamic IP line.

I agree, you should get a new phone line, I managed to get a free line with BT when I had their broadband package a few months ago.

Or another option 1 of you get a dongle

just get a dongle bud

pay as you go or 1 month rolling contract

anyone had success with iophone tethering to the data package ?

Yes, use it all the time but only on one account.

Make sure you have a calling plan that allows tethering or you are likely to have your mobile account blocked.
