Default Possible to request higher limit using established seller account (different name)

I have 2 legit accounts under different names.
One of them is 5 months old, 100 listings (because of requesting higher limit, not because of selling history), but it is actually still limited within 60 listings.
Now I want to use this account to be the established account to request higher limit for the other account.
My question are:
1/ These accounts are already linked so I'm not concerned about linking. (addresses, phones, & everything else are the same), but they have different names. Does this work?
2/ Is this account considered ESTABLISHED account yet?
3/ Is this an automated process or some one must review it? Should I just go ahead and try (just like nothing to lose to try)
Thanks.

1/ Will work for now but if 1 goes down, expect other to be on cutting block.
2/ I would consider them to be.
3/ Both - sometimes automated, sometimes manual. Automated will weed out the big blunders.

As for just going ahead, I would not request anything because I like to keep things separate - why screw around with an account that is not touched?

But like I said, these 2 accounts are already linked at the time I opened (I didn't know much about linking, suspension... at that time), so even though I won't request, they're still linked, that's why I just want to go ahead to request :D

Has the other account already started selling? If so - you might be ok. I will say that eb may even decrease your selling limits if you have too many linked seller accounts.

They have been known to apply the existing limit across both accounts so if you have 100 a month you could end up with 2 accounts with 50 on each.

Easiest solution is just make new ⊗⊗⊗⊗ accounts

You guys give me a good point.

The other account has been opened and selling for 5 months, 20 listing, 30 feedback.
Also, I'm not ready for stealth yet (i'm still learning). I'm afraid that if my stealth method is not correct, I will lose my 2 legit accounts.

OR if I shouldn't use the established account to request, should I just call Ebay and give my SSN to request? But I think it's the same thing, at that time, they will look at my accounts and see they're linked and reduce to 50/each.

Another point that I should mention: although the one has 100 listings, i'm only able to list 60.

What is your suggestion for me?

I would avoid giving e/b or p/p any personal info until it was absolutely necessary.
