Hi all,

Does anyone know the dongles that have a DYNAMIC IP ADDRESS?

I bought a T Mobile which does but the signal is very bitty..on and off etc.
02 is a good signal here but wondered whether their dongles offer a dynamic IP?

If the 02 ones don't does anyone know which ones do?

three, 02 all of them. they are all a bit on and off...

So all use a dynamic IP? Guy in 02 says they dont which I thought was ridiculous

i use a virgin mobile dongle, and use my droid to tether. both are dynamic

Any aussie fella', is there any prepaid mobile dongle that have dynamic ip address?? The cheaper the better.

This is what I was looking to use aswell and had read that 3 mobile is being used by a few on this forum.

I just need to research the in and outs of getting one, what info needed and such.

These have their own SIM-Card, so the IP is based on cell-tower connectivity. If you walk 1/4 mile, you will be within range of a new cell tower.

I'm US-based though, so.... it may not be the same.

It does exist. I just found out that Optus is dynamic. I'll stick with them.
