question about ban on ebay
 

hi everyone,
me and my partner has a company (however, my name is not in the company, ebay, or paypal due to i got ban in ebay before)
also, my partner has just pass away...but well..i need to go on my life..

so i was thinking to open another company and paypal account under my name and link that to the ebay account that we are using
however, due to i got ban by ebay before, i am thinking that if i link that to my paypal account will result the ebay account ban..

so i am not sure what to do, do i need to buy a paypal account? or what should i do? please help

Did you and your partner have a legally registered company under law?

If you could give a bit more info on that there might be alternatives.

Welcome to the forums. While you learn about stealth method, do NOT use anything old that has been RELATED to something banned - whethr eb account or pp account...you are just setting yourself up for problems later.

after i read eBay Stealth, i think that you dont need to put a name on ebay, right? just put company name is fine..that part i have no problem

on the other hand, you need to put ssn in paypal, that is my main problem, i got ban in ebay, but i can sell buy thing by my personal paypal, so i dont know if i use my paypal to sell thing (even link to a ebay account that is not my name) will i result the ebay account to be ban (that ebay account doing $300,000 business per month, may be they wont ban it for that reason?)

so the best way to do is open a paypal account that is under company name, right? as long as it dont touch my ssn, everything should be ok?

Need to read more around the forums for ideas how to operate well with pp - setting up is relatively easy, getting amounts like 300k a year takes TIME.
