Exclamation Listing cheap items on new seller account

I am wondering what if I to list a few cheap items on new eBay seller account and then start listing electronics, range 200-250$. Do you think the fact that I start by selling cheap items at first will help to get me to get away from ebay bot or it won't really matter ?

.

stan you can list few cheap items but if you list electronics then a good way would be after a few sales of cheap items do 4 cheap items and 1 electronic item. Cause electronics/computers are one of the highest risk categories. Blend you items and good to list used electronics rather than new.

I like to list high priced items as used as long as I know they will still make money. I like to sell at least 10 low risk items for feedback then I sell one of my go to products. I also never attach a bank account un-till I know the account is going to be able to sell well first.

I list yard sale junk at first, get a few feedbacks going and then list some more higher yard sale type items and toss in a little higher items into the mix.

Once I get 10 fb or so then I repeat and add another expensive item.

You can spread out your expensive items over several accounts by just doing different pics, write ups etc.

Yes electronics are high risk category and on a new account you must be careful. just a few items wont do the trick you need to age the account and do as stated above at the bare minimum. It usually is better to go used but sometimes to many items will draw attention as how many people have alot of used items in new condition. If your items are legit then I wouldnt worry as much but if not then be careful as buyers are becoming very smart on replicas compared to a yr ago. Just be smart and dont rush it
