180 plus restricted account forgot password & sec question
 

Hello Folks,

I have a couple of accounts with balances on them that were restricted more than a year back. (This was before I stumbled upon this forum)
I have access to the email, but I have forgotten my paypal password and answers to the security questions.

After a lot of research, the only solve I could see is to call up paypal and tell them the account details. Phone on file, last 4 of bank etc. And they send you the password to the email on record.

My question is:
Is there any other solution?
Has anyone done this before successfully?
