My 1st stealth ebay & pp account plan.
 

This is my 1st stealth ebay and paypal account plan, so was hoping for any feedback and advice if ive gone wrong somewhere.
Ive read the steath guide afew times, but in the forums theres a few contradictions and im unsure what to do.
These are the ebook steps im doing.

Steps in creating your eBay Stealth Account!

Step 1: setting up a new windows user account.

Step 2: Change my IP Address: my provider is tpg(static) so i can do a one off ip address change for $10.
Or Is it better for me to use broadband mobile?

Step 3: New Name & Email Address: I can use my mums details etc.

Step 4: New Address: I can use my mums.

Step 5: New Phone Number: Should i use flynumber or my home phone which isnt linked to an old account.

Step 6: New Bank Account & Credit Card: I have a bank account that isnt linked and was going to use a woolworths prepaid card.

Step 7: Create Your Account.

Ive read in the forums flynumbers and woolies cards are working then not working so im unsure what to do there?

Or should i purchase a premium account from a seller in the forums? which would be alot easier?

I want to do this properly so Any input would be great before i proceed.

Step 1 is good.
Step 2 is a choice - broadband mobile changes IP every time if I recall correctly.
Step 3 - why bother using relative's info? Dangerous - go stealth with new info.
Step 4 - again don't use relative info and risk problems.
Step 5 - Either works - as long as your home phone has not been used before.
Step 6 - Good, all new.

Not sure about Woolworth's - flynumbers should still work.

As for purchasing an account, would work fine if you make sure no links to old accounts and you go slow in terms of sales.

thanks for the info rsot, just wondering what are the relative info problems? apart from if they want to start an eb and pp account. Just worried about being limited with no id etc to present if i went the nickname way.
Also ive just got a new ip address from my provider i havent gone into my ebay account but have accidently gone into the ebay login page with my old ebay account username and password auto saved, is that gonna show up to ebay and be linked.
I think i will have to get mobile broadband in the near future anyway.

just been searching and reading found answer to relative info problems.
