So..... eb*y called
 

I answered, and the rep said they would like to talk to me about my account and talk about business or turning my account into business account or something like that. I was in the biggest rush to end the convo so i barley listened to what she said. I had an exam to take and i was about to be late. And my professor plays no games. Anyways... i told her im in a rush and i need to go, she said that's fine and to please call them and make an appointment to talk about this and it will take about 20 minutes....


Anyone have an idea what they are talking about? This was eb*y and not pp. So that seemed a little odd. I am not exactly sure which account she is talking about either, she just said my name and i said yes this is him. No verification or anything, but i am guessing it is one of my best accounts if they are calling about discussing my business with them.

You probably sold a lot and they want to know your business model. Happens all the time, and yes, you will need to talk to them. Account suspension is possible if you don't. Has happened to me.

I was talking to them a while ago for 20 min. Nothing special they are trying to teach you what time is better to list,if you do not have a store they will tell you how nice is to have one and why, and a lot bull.....

i don't think ebay will suspend your account if you said you are in rush and you can not talk to them

It's actually a positive call.

Seems they are monitoring your sales.

They (at this point) approve of what they see.

They work with you towards being a business seller.

Should i call back and talk to them about this? I really don't want to but i feel as if talking to them and even talking about bs will help me out in some way.

And i am almost certain they have called about one of my better accounts that has passed the 200/20k mark. I have been lucky getting away with selling on that account still even though i was requested to supply TAX ID about 4 months ago. I am pretty sure they want me to turn it into a business and supply the tax ID. Might hurt if i don't call back??

Well if you really wanna talk to them go ahead and do it as i told you from my experience,nothing interesting from that conversation....If the account is stealth make sure you have all information in front of you and log in to that account as well when talking to them...As GreenBean mentioned ""It's actually a positive call"" so you don't have to worry
