Solution for the phone verification problem for US
So I've found a solution for the phone verification problem for those of us in the US.
AT&T sells a pay as you go phone for $20 where I live. It comes with $10 of free minutes via a new sim card, the actual phone with charger and a pre paid scratch off activation code for the $10 of free minutes.
I went through all the activation and never once had to put in any legit information. I was given a new phone number and an active phone. This alone is good for one time through but there is a long term solution for those of us that need multiple numbers. On our beloved ebay guys are selling new sim cards and these $10 activation codes...they go for around 6 bucks with shipping.
When you need a new number activate the sim online get a new phone number and use your $10 activation code. Pop it into your previousely purchased phone and bam your good to go.
The only downfall is the numbers expire after 30 days if you don't add money to the account but it will at least get you passed the initial phone verification without having to deal with 1-888 call forwarding or inactive call forwarding that is blocked via ebay.
