how to verify stealth paypal

hi i have brought the ebook but still bit confused on how to verify the paypal accounts as everyone i have opened when i confirm my details they say theere incorrect then want proof of id etc even doh the details i put in are the same as i registered with

If the details are stealth then they cannot verify you using public records. This is normal.
