Confirm location problem.Is this new from paypal
 

Recently I am making some back up accounts. I know what do to with phone verfication with PayPal.

But when I click to confirm location, I manage to confirm it only to find out later that I have to send in the documents in.
Is this a new thing. Never had this problem before.
What's the best way to get around this problem

There is no 'around' it, you have to give them what they asked for.

Meaning this is stealth. And the named are not going to match.

I have been searching the forums, and i know what i need to provide..ID is the issue.

I know can't discuss here, someone please PM for information.

Also do you think these Confirm Location is due to random made up address.
What if it is a real address.

I would PM a mod for help with being 'creative' with the documents
