Cant change ip address (sticking dynamic ip)

I have tried changing my mac address and the release and renew from the command prompt with little luck to change my ip.

I called isp and verified that I have a dynamic ip however after a little research I find out that I have a sticky dynamic ip. So is there any other way apart from the ones I said that could change my ip.

Mobile broadband is your next best step. Thats exactly what happened with me. Im with SKY BROADBAND and they said I had a dynamic when I clearly didn't. Now I use T MOBILE BROADBAND not bad at all.
