ebay/paypal playing
 

Has anyone else thought that ebay is trying to 'force' sellers into
using paypal especially in the USA? I have been noticing that new sellers' accounts are coming under closer scrutiny.
Unless would be sellers change how they set their accounts up, there will be problems as they attempt to list. I can not see the point of going to the trouble of creating an account and then racing into selling without having all options covered.

Still I do hope ebay has to do much more work with phoning people . Prats.
