AU paypal problems
 

i have 2 account passed 8 months with 2k5 total and can't withdraw because they still need to verify id which i failed to do so.

Something bit more different for AU? Maybe some kind of anti-laundering law.

YES IT IS, if you reached $1000, the account will be limited straight away, you can only able to receive money, can't withdraw or send to anyone.

Then if you fail to verify who you are, you won't able to withdraw money after 180 days because the status of the account is just waiting for you to verify ID

So pp.au has this kind of principle in effect? This does suck - have to spread out sales hard.

yes, if you can't verify, you have to spread sales really hard if you want serious money :(
The only best way is to bypass that limit which sometime i failed to do so.
