got a docs request from ebay

Becoming quite normal now. I think they just select accounts at random for this now.

Unless something has happened that you haven't mentioned, neg fb, lows dsr's, opened cases etc.

Any previous history of poor performance on the account?

no its a month old account had a neg but was removed same day by buyer

can only think its either too many sales (£300 in month = 20 sales)

or

Risky items but in 15 accounts selling similar items its never been an issue

Yes these requests suck but depends on if you want to keep the account going - you have to comply OR call them up to negotiate.

Risky items? You might have had an en agent manually flag it.

How would the be considered risky?

i dont think its risky at all

as you say its probably random

I had it when I went to list my first item on a stealth months ago, went onto chat and got the email and sent them in, to this day its my strongest account yet with over 230 feedback.

Its worth sending them in for sure
