Hi everybody ! I lost my 555 100% positive account last year, tried to get back, with other accounts but linked, rules violations, etc .i'm out of the way now. I bought the stealth guide, never really used, since i'm a bit lazy , so theese days i'm studying it. it's not so hard to understand, but I need some advices. Since i'm from italya i can only register account on ebay.it, the poin that i don't get is. Since the paypal details have to match with the ebay new stealth account, how can I use names, surnames, streets, all differents from mine (cause i'm in the black list) when paypal.it when yu have to use a card already write the surname for register a new card? thanks .

cards for verification can be bought in seller section, they verify any address.

thanks man, but maybe i ddint explain very well. I'm in trouble with a part of the guide about details names and addresses. If i register a paypal account with the name Don Vito, how can i get a credit card with that name ? cause when you register on paypal when you're goin to link a card the surname it's already written by them on the details fillls

I'm studyng now...but for ebay.it i think it's a bit different. also never really used cause i have mac computer and installed the guide on my mom's laptop with windows. i'm in trouble with paypal and ebay details to enter for register. In paypal.it when you fill name surname street etc, when you have to link a credit card, the surname it's already filled by them. so how i can get a credit card with that surname ??

The surname is of no consequence - just address.

ok RSOT, but my question is: if i register with the name Don Vito, when i have to link the credit card ,paypal already gives me the "Vito" surname, upon the credit cards details, i can only fill number of the card dates, etc. so, how can i use a card if i get one it has my name on it ??

No you can not link your card to a new stealth paypal/ebay account

You can buy this virtual card here from our sellers...If you need the card with Don Vito our sellers will make it for you(for activation ebay/paypal only)

Go to accounts for sale chose the seller you wanna buy VCC or AVS and you set

yes the ones sold here work for any country, they verify only. So they do not pay fees, to pay fees you would either need a prepaid card/vcc or pay fees from paypal balance.

so for pay fees i will need another card with my real name right? another question: using that VCC when someone payme with paypal where i get the money ?

You can pay fees from the balance - you need to list items at first that will not incur a fee if NOT sold eg in Uk it is auction for 99p items or under. Once you do sell few things, keep that money in the balance for future fees and go on from there...

or you need a card that is loaded with money to pay fees, that has address you can amend. We know our own country ones, but not for Italy, we do not have many Italy members..you can try Entropay but no idea if valid for Italy users anymore. You do not have any forums/blogs about this over there??

mu question was: If someone pay my item with paypal, and i'm using a Virtual credit card, where do i get the money ? does the VCC allow me to get the money as a normal credit card?

how to withdraw? you cannot withdraw to vcc, you need to add bank or a real card that you withdraw to in some countries (no idea about Italy) or transfer money to a different paypal that you can withdraw from (not good idea)....

honestly you do not seem to know much about the basics of paypal, you need to do more reading...

do a search on entropay on forum, it is vcc you load with money from your real card.

balance = the money in you paypal eg from stuff you sold.

you also need fiscal code too for ebay.it ?

no you are nowhere near ready...you do not know yet how to withdraw money, is it bank or is it card?

If you do not add a bank, you need to find a card you can withdraw to, maybe there is one in Italy but it will probably only be a real bank card attached to your address and issued by your bank.

A card will usually only add to withdraw if the AVS on paypal matches paypal address.

As for fees, you can either use your balance or a vcc/preloaded virtual card, if you can find one. You CANNOT a real card, a real one will not pass avs.
AVS is the verification system that matches paypal address to card address. A vcc is different to real card, you can amend to any address usually..but
if you use your real zip code and street but different address to your real one, a real card MIGHT work as it will match the banks records...

Do your research on the cards first..your English is good....

i don't think i would need a bank for paypal. one is linked to my old paypal. but other times i just used prepaid card for use paypal, and was fine 'till they linked me.
i can find just card with my names on it, prepaid cards. no need to have bank account associate. i'm drowning....

what I don't get is: i f I get a new credit card like virtual one, for get one i need to give my details so the card will have my name. How can i creat a stealth paypal account with other details, and link that card on it ??

Yes. This is what I suggest you do:

Do NOT make a ebay/paypal account until you really understand the method(s).
I can not stress this enough

Go to www.entropay.com

Read thro' that site.

You make an entropay account with your REAL info. You put funds into that account.
Then you use some of those funds to make the vcc as you said. The numbers will go on your stealth paypal. (After you have made it)

ok i've got an entropay account but it's limited, since i send 'em documents, so I cannot read the VCC number yet.

about IP an cookies let's see if i'm on the good way...:

i use mac computers. so 1st: make a new user account for each eb/pp account.
for the ip i have a dymanic ISP, and a netgear router dg834g, i can change ip every time, by switch off the router every time i need is that ok ?

anyway i love the way you talk italian to me guys.

Yep you got it check every time your ip before sign on also i would recommend you to keep tracking your ip because sometimes you will get the same ip you used before

Invent names and surnames can work. Stealth accounts can be ANYWHERE - there is no "better place".

I am not joking but I have a stealth account based out of the toilet in an outhouse. Go figure.

Yes you can invent any name.

And any real address will help - however it's better to have access for the address if you are buying of course - some have addresses with no access.

For buying i actually use my own address - but with a slight variation i'll give you an example:

Real: 64 alex avenue, bedfordshire city, tlo sle

Chaged too:No64 alex avenue, befordshire city, (I used captal "i" looks like l on ebay) so tlo sle

so i don't have to be worried to add my real address on a stealth account if i want to buy something right ?

Change the first line of your address and postcode - a nice variation should work - keep it for buying only.

Because if you are selling on it more chance of it being reviewed manually, and the address may go down as not even existing or even worse getting linked/banned.

Heres a tip: Send something to yourself in the post see if it reaches, try out some variations.

no you cannot, not anywhere in the world

I heard that all euro entropay withdrawals ended ages ago..plus it was tested by a reliable source last year.

damned after i've been suspended the first time, and never had any knowledge of stealth stuff etc, i've registered many account under the name of my family's meber all linked. anyway thanks to you and the guide book i've learned something more and made my first stealth account, that is goin to have a birthd day next month 7th. i've last month registered a new account under my br's name same street of other account suspended, and after a suspension for 7 days i listed some items and got Mc067 e Mc021ct notice. why ?? linked ? i guess

anyway regard the withdraw from paypal to entropay.
i did it this morning and got a email confirmation by paypal, hope will be ok.
