confirming checking account
 

I have set up my stealth Buyers account, not to be used for selling. I have been able to purchase on ebay simply by using a credit card I put on paypal, WITHOUT confirming the checking account.

My question is: must I confirm the checking account? If I can use the CC without issue, why confirm? Am I missing something?

bank accounts are for seller accounts, to able to withdrawl money from the account. verifying, account, and phone or address, allows you to withdrawl, and increases the withdrawl limits.

Might as well confirm the account so you are verified because PayPal likes to control what payment methods you can and can not use including your own credit card.....

IF you are NOT selling, you can delay verifying the pp account with bank. I have buyer accounts used for long time with NO intention to sell. However, if you decide to go the route of the Dark Side of Selling, you should plan ahead and verify that sh*t.

Finding out you can also confirm CC to prove identity, which I can do, thanks
