Two questions folk :)
1. Is it Ok to fax documents to PP for different stealth accounts using the same fax number or will this link the accounts?
2. I have a new stealth account with a southern address. When I attached my bank account and completed the DD mandate you have to put in the bank branch address- which is in northumberland. Is this going to raise a flag.

I have a feeling I am ok for both questions but my stealth account is a bought one so I am more paranoid than usual to make sure I get my money's worth. Thanks for your time.x

Question 2 is yes. Geograpical location of banks is not problematic with paypal. paypal are looking for the correct numbers of the DD mandate.You'll be OK there.

Pleased I asked about the fax- will have to think of a way to get around that one.

I have a stealth account in a friends name that I am replacing with a random stealth for obvious reasons. The eb, pp and bank account are all with northumberland addresses. No suspensions or breaches and it is a year old TRS account. I am buying an account to replace this and was going to attach the same bank account to the random stealth.

I know this will link the accounts, but this should be fine as the account is good. The worry I do have though again is that pp currently see this account and bank account with a northumberland address. If the account I buy has a london address for example and attach the same bank acc PP are going to see 2 different accounts in different parts of the county with the same bank account attached. Do you think this will raise a flag? And are there any other issues with my plan that you can see me running into.

I am going to have to stop using the account in my friends name, but it seems a shame for the attached bank account to go to waste when there are no issues with the account. Thanks again in advance.x

Attempting to attach a previously used bank account to any other p/p account in a different name and location will in all probability result in an almost immediate limitation imo.

Your plan is seriously flawed. You are putting at risk a perfectly good account (probably two) all for the sake of not opening a new bank account.

You cannot recycle bank accounts on p/p

Thanks guys. I will just have to open a new bank account. I had an idea that it would cause problems. Just a shame that a perfectly good bank account will go unused once I stop using the stealth account in my friends name. I have to stop though - too risky. Oh well never mind.x:tears:

In my experience, they will not even let you add a previously used bank account on another account, even after removing it from the initial account. I suppose that this is a good thing.
