What's the best & cheapest Virtual Phone services to use in Australia?

Need a virtual phone number to verify my stealth acc. Had a look on the web for different phone forwarding services, including global call forward, mydivert & toofreeforwarding. Seems like I need to spend at least $20 dollars to get a number, and I have to sign a contract? Also I don't seem like I can find any info if I can cancel the acc anytime.

OK, will have a try tmr. I also found SONETEL, seems alright.

Flynumber is not working anymore.
They keep comes up with red error, "We were not able to verify the phone number you provided. Please try again."

So, is sonetel working well?
