Germany Payout Unavailable need your help guys
 

Hi

I sold a few item on Ebay Germany because I'm a new seller eBay receive the payments and after marked the item has shipped, 7 days later they pay me to my paypal account on this particular account it says:


Payout:unavailable
We have detect suspicious activity please contact customer support

I called eBay UK they cant help co is a issue with eBay Germany the money is with them,.

called than eBay Germany no one speaks English sent several email no answers,use live chat they don't now nothing about this German payout scheme.
I'm getting desperate cos it look like they are stealing my money, please help shed me some light they have got about €1000, what is funny is that all buyer have leave positive feedback, the selling are from last month.

No point to call ebay UK. They will be no help ever. Less for another country's listing.

Have a German speaking person call on your behalf. You may need to pay for their service of course.

Lice chat not helpful, yes I will have to pay but here I can find a safe person to deal with this matter?

What really none of them speak English!? The level of English in Germany is frighteningly good! There must be a few there who can speak English.

If you don't have a trustworthy German speaking friend then maybe try calling again and again til you find someone who does speak English.

When communicating with a none UK eb site perseverance is essential. I have had to send dozens of emails and have been on the live chat many times and for aaaaaages before I have gotten what I wanted...it is frustrating, but satisfying when you eventually get what you are after.
