Need clarification about EIN, LLC and setting up a Stealth Accnt.
 

So i have been doing alot of reading and I understand how Everything with a stealth account works except for 1 thing... I was planning on getting an LLC which is about 50$ for me. I have read on here how some people have 10+ Stealth accounts... Does each stealth account require an LLC so you can get a new name and EIN? I have read the ebay stealth book and this isnt explicitly stated. Where I am confused is i have read that you can just get an EIN without the LLC deal.. when i went to the irs site to get just an EIN it states I already have one (10 years ago and never did anything with it) and you can only have one per person...

So whats the deal with this, i would like to have 5 stealth accounts... right now I have a legit account that , i know it s bad bad bad bad, has 1 vero item up everyday just to help with cash flow. I want to get my stealth accounts up ASAP so my real account doesnt get burned.

You can do a search for the terms EIN, LLC, Incorporate..etc and find some info. People on this forum are reluctant, not willing, or uninformed about this info on this forum is why you didn't get any responses...I ran into the same issue when I started and posted for some help.

The search function should give you some good info. I haven't gone stealth yet as I am still legit, but I can still give you some info if you want about going LLC.
