not entirely correct as private browsing still allows cookies etc but deletes them as soon as you return to normal browing - it creates a kind of cookie and history quarantine.
But yes, private browsing makes you more likely to have flags raised and become limited.
eB and PP MUST see cookies between sessions else they think you're doing something dodgy!
It's not normal behaviour to keep deleting cookies etc - it would suggest that your only internet access is at a new computer each time like you're a scammer on the run..
So we use seperate user accounts on the PC for each eB/PP pair - means the cookie for the last session is still there and creates the image that this is your only PC and your only account like any normal person whos not trying to get around their rules. I'm sure it would also be nice if you could keep the same IP address for each account too, like a separate static broadband for each stealth but that is impractical not to mention costly.
