Does Anyone Know this error on ebay
 

Hi

I have been trying to pay for this item since over a month, the seller did not claim the payment and now the unpaid item is open
I emailed the seller so many times to claim it but never responded back

Now when i try to pay for the item i keep coming up with this error


This item is not available for payment. It may already be paid for, is over 30 days old, or just currently unavailable.
If you encounter this message more than once, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help.

I have been on eBay chat for a hour without any help.
Contacted the seller with phone and email, no response

What to do now

try to contact ebay again and have them manually cancel the transaction for you? This way, it doesnt count against you as a non paying bidder.

I had this about a year ago, thought it was something on my end and contacted ebay. They just canceled the transaction.

Dunno if they do this in the UK, but, hope you get this resolved.

You answered your own question. Their ability to say the same crap every time from the script is the REASON they are hired!

How many Unpaid Recorded can you have per year.

This seller has 4 items on me

@eternity4u, is the item marked "Payment Sent"? By you by accident? Or "Payment Received"? Those marks will not allow payment to be made...

I sorted it out.

The seller phone number was incorrect, so I went on Live Chat, told them about the seller incorrect phone number.
I told them this is not my fault and guess what?
They remove all my unpaid item recorded I had over 12 months....can breathe now.
