Paypal Help!!!
 

Got an email from paypal today regarding my account. i have had this account open for a couple months just started selling on ebay using the new paypal. i am now worried for some reason my account is raising a flag and i am not sure if i should just forget about it and open a new one. i just sold some stuff this week havent shipped the items out yet and i am now wondering if i should go ahead and refund the buyers or send it out this is the email

Why waste the account?

Update the info... away you go selling.

Take it as a piece of luck you got this type of email. As much as we bag paypal ( & they deserve it) they send these emails out to let users maintain their accounts properly.

This PP A/C is 'OK' going by that email they sent you, you have not crossed any redlines as yet.

i am not to sure what they are wanting me to update everything is ok like address which is a mailbox and i changed the phone number.. When i changed the phone number they wanted to send a text confirmation code but since i am using a call fowarding number i cant get the text

That would be a clue as to why you might have got that email from PP then.

is there any call fowarding services that you can also recieve texts under that number?

Sorry,I would have no immediate knowledge on this. You'd have to search across the board for the answer to this.
